Know who you are, why you are the way that you are, and why you do the things that you do.
In this lesson, Principal Instructor Leah Lewis, gives the patient guidance that you need in your journey of discovering yourself and building up your confidence, by transforming your mindset. To live an elegant lifestyle, you must first learn to develop the mindset of a refined lady or gentleman. One that sets you apart from the world around you, simply by the way that you think, and therefore speak and act.
What You Learn
- How to improve self-esteem;
- The six traits of an inferiority complex, and how to overcome them;
- The power of thoughts, and how to re-programme your mind for growth and success;
- Understanding the power of faith in changing your mindset;
- How to have a good attitude; and
- Knowing yourself completely, from the inside out.
This teaching is critical for you to achieve true and lasting transformation. As an elegant lady or gentleman, true elevation and refinement begins in the mind. This teaching will give you everything that you need to achieve this.
